FOR TTO GHANA WATERS OR ANY SAFE WATERS IN WEST AFRICA.

1.The seller sends Sales Purchase Agreement for buyer to countersign, seal  and return with  his CIS, INDEMNITY LETTER,NOR/MATB format, supercargo passport and inspector’s ID details (MUST BE NNPC ACCREDITED).  Buyer and seller deposit the signed contract in their respective banks.

2.The signed and sealed Sales Purchase Agreement  by both parties shall be considered binding and enforceable.     

  

3.Seller within 5-7 days,Load Cargo,arrange partial POP Documents in buyer's name and send through NNPC EMAIL DORMAIN to the buyer or his agent and instruct his captain to move  his pregnant vessel  to Ghana. 

4.And upon arriving Ghana,  Seller's Captain makes announcement to Ghana harbour master in the buyer's name,and issue MATB/CLEARANCE for buyer's supercargo and Inspector to board  for confirmation/attestation.

5.Upon confirmation, and attestation signed and released to Buyer and seller,  buyer's Supercargo remain on board while the Inspector disembark with sample for Q&Q,  Buy makes cash payment of one million United States dollars ($1M) for documentation.                   

6.Upon successful releases and confirmation of Q&Q result by both Buyer and Seller, Buyer places MT103/TT for the total cargo less one million United States dollars ( $1M) And pay commission to all the intermediaries simultaneously as per the signed contract and in line with the Q&Q Result  within 72 hours. 

7.Seller confirms payment to himself and all intermediaries involved and hands over the cargo and shipping documents listed below in buyer’s name  and buyer re-charter vessel and sail to his POD.

COMM:$2/$2 EACH

Rolls & Extension as party may agree after a successful transaction for the trial Shipment of 2 Million barrels.

Quantity can be increased also from 4-10million barrels as the Capacity of the buyer.
