1. Seller sends Pre-signed contract/SPA to buyer.
2. Buyer signed seller contract agreement sealed with full banking coordinates of both parties and their agents, including the banking accounts coordinates.
3. Buyer return duly signed contract/SPA attached with the following requirements as stated below to seller for confirmation.
*A. MATB/NOR format.*
*B. CIS*
*C. NNPC approved Supercargo/inspector international passport data page.*
4. Seller issues Fiduciary nominated account details/ verbiage to buyer.
5. Buyer's bank within 48 hours Pre-advice via swift to seller's Fiduciary nominated bank, confirming buyer's readiness to establish Standby Letter Of Credit (SBLC) instrument and seller's Fiduciary bank confirms readiness to receive instrument and authorize buyer's bank to proceed with the issuance of $2, million dollars SBLC instrument.
6. Buyer bank within 48 hours issues $2, million dollars Standby Letter Of Credit (SBLC) from any of the prime banks and swift to seller's Fiduciary nominated bank and send copy to seller for confirmation.
7. Seller/NNPC Terminal nominate or assign any loaded vessel at the buyer's port or already on voyage to the buyer's port of Q/Q in favour the buyer's name, after the receipt and successful confirmation of the buyer's Standby Letter Of Credit (SBLC)
8. Seller/NNPC Terminal instructs the loaded vessel Captain to issues (NOR/ETA) from the vessel offical email domain in favour of the buyer's name/ harbour master for confirmation and buyer acknowledged the receipt of NOR/ETA to seller/NNPC.
9. Seller/NNPC Terminal instruct the loaded vessel Captain to set sail to the buyer's port of Q/Q in Ghana with AIS open to the buyer for confirmation.
10. Seller/NNPC Terminal instruct the loaded vessel *Captain to issues Notice Of Arrival (NOA)* on arrival at the buyer's port and make Announcement in favour of the buyer's name/harbor master for confirmation.
11. Buyer within 48 hours through his shipping agent clears the seller/NNPC loaded vessel to 10/12 nautical miles and the vessel anchored.
12. Seller/NNPC Terminal instruct the loaded vessel Captain to issue *MATB/NNPC Clearance to the buyer's inspection team* through the vessel offical email domain and the buyer's supercargo/Inspector board vessel at the specific time given by the loaded vessel Captain onboard.
13. Buyer Supercargo/Inspector confirms product and *seller/NNPC Terminal instruct the loaded vessel to issue Attestation Letter duly counter signed by the buyer's Supercargo onboard* and while the buyer inspector takes sample and disembark from the Seller/NNPC Terminal loaded vessel.
14. Seller/NNPC Terminal with 48 hours issues Commercial Invoice attached with loaded vessel documents in buyer's name to buyer as the consignee *through NNPC Terminal official email domain,* after the receipt of Q/Q report is out to both parties by the buyer Inspection team.
15. Buyer’s bank within 48
hours swift total cargo via MT103 to Seller/NNPC nominated bank account and Seller/NNPC introduce buyer to vessel handlers for tanker take over.
16. Buyer effects payment for the total cargo/product to Seller/NNPC nominated bank account less the logistics and to all commissions are simultaneously paid immediately.
17. Seller/NNPC Terminal within 48 hours sends all original copies of cargo and title documents in buyer's name as the consignee.
18. Seller/NNPC Terminal within 24 hours allow the loaded vessel to set sail to the buyer’s port of discharge.
