Seller sends SPA..


Buyer Sign and Return SPA with Through Put Agreement and all necessary Tank Farm details.


Within 48hrs, Both Parties shall Exchange a Bank Endorsed N5m Corporate Cheque. Buyer's Account Officer will send Buyer's N5m BEC to Seller's Account Officer, and Vice Versa. (Bank to Bank), to both Account Officers, with a Letter of Indemnity that whoever FAILS to PERFORM in his Obligation will PAY the Sum of N5m CASH.


Buyer within 48hrs after the successful exchange of the N5m BEC, issues N300m Bank Endorsed Cheque (BEC) or N200m Bank Draft, with a Bank cover note that it will crystalize to Cash upon boarding,  confirmation and attestation.


Seller within 5 working days issues NOR and ETA to buyer's Tank Farm, which buyer must acknowledge within 6hrs. After acknowledgement, Seller moves Cargo to buyer's Tank Farm and issues MATB and clearance to board buyer's Team.


Upon boarding and attestation, the N300m BEC or N200m Bank Draft becomes Cash within 24hrs.


Buyer also pay 40% of the Cargo same day.


Seller discharges into Tank Farm...


After completion, buyer pays 60% balance will within 48hrs and all commissions fully paid.
