PROCEDURE FOR  CALL AND LOAD AGO


1. Buyer sends his receiving vessel details to seller with SSB RADIO number.


2. Seller confirms Buyer’s Vessel details.


3. Sellers Captain opens communication with buyers Capt.


4. Both vessel alongside and ties with Buyer’s Supercargo and Inspector on board Buyer’s empty Vessel at Ondo Water in-between Lagos and Ondo Water or Escravous Waters or 30 miles off Escravous  Break Waters.


5. Buyer’s Captain confirms sellers product and confirms successful tie up action to buyer and Buyer pays N5Million for security.


6. Upon Completion of Transshipment, Buyer’s Supercargo and Inspector on Board Buyer’s Vessel confirm to Buyer and Buyer makes payment for total balance of transshipped cargo to Seller and pays all the Intermediaries as stated in the MOU simultaneously.


7. TRANSACTION CONCLUDED; VESSEL DEPARTS TO ITS DESTINATION.
