1) All photocopy of the land where the refinery will establish 


2. )The company's profile with CAC certificate and names of the directors.


3.)payment of the agreed sum. Upon receipt of the above we shall 1. write to the D.P.R for a change of name and location of the refinery 


(2.) Organize for the technical team to go for inspection of the land.


 (3.) Prepare the following documents 

A. Technical narrative 

B.  Design schematics 

C.  Economic analysis 

D.  Project execution  strategy 

E.  Basis and concept selection 

F. Business module for 10,000-30,000, BPD and do the technical presentation and document package 


4.) Pay all the fees allowed by law to federal government of Nigeria and department of petroleum resources 


5). And collect the license to establish (LTE)  and hand it over to you. The above are some of the document we are to submit to D. P. R.  Some of them are up to 200 pages,and they must bear the name of the new owners.
