*PROCEDURES/PAYMENT INSTRUMENT:*

1. Buyer and seller will sign SPA.


2. Seller sends commercial invoice to buyer.


3. Buyer sends verifiable POF or RWA VIA MT799 as per verbiage provided.


4. Seller sends certificate of origin, quality and quantity, vessel's Q88, B/L, cargo manifest to buyer.


5. After verification of above, seller will issue ATB with 24 hour time limit.


6. Buyer MUST conduct DIP TEST in seller's vessel's at his expense and obtain SGS report same day. 


7. Based on SGS report, buyer pays immediately in USD to designated account of seller via MT 103, same day value transfer.


8. AFTER above, title ownership will be given to buyer.


9. All intermediaries will be paid the agreed upon amount, thereafter long term contract will be signed between buyer and seller.
