 *PROCEDURE*

1.  Seller issues SCO and SPA to buyer, the buyer signs and returns the SPA with all necessary documents: International Passport, Company Registration Certificate and other relevant formats- NOR, MATB and Announcements.

2. Seller sends Partial POP, Q88 of the Vessel and some relevant and verifiable documents issued in a Chinese Port.

3. Buyer issues MT103/72 or MT760 (SBLC) from the Top 3 banks in Hong Kong.

4. Upon confirmation of instrument above, seller issues 2% PB and further clears-in the cargo for CIQ by buyer’s inspectors. On conclusion of CIQ, the Inspectors sends the CIQ Reports to both the buyer and seller.

5. Upon satisfactory CIQ, buyer makes payment of 50% of total cargo value to seller nominated account via MT103/TT.

6. Buyer instructs the vessel captain to discharge the cargo for seller into his tank.

7. Buyer makes payment of the remaining 50% of the cargo.

8. Seller issues Warrant of Title (WOT) and other necessary documents to buyer.

9. Next transaction
