1. Buyer and Seller sign and seal the Sales and Purchase Agreement including full Banking coordinates. Buyer returns signed SPA with complete Tank farm details and NOR format.


2. Buyer’s places Bank  DRAFT of 200m and send scanned copy to seller


3. Upon confirmation of the  of the 200 m Instrument, Seller issues NOR/ETA to the designated Tank Farm.


4.Seller moves vessel to position to be cleared into Tank Farm and obtains Clearance from the appropriate authorities before moving vessel to the tank farm where buyer’s agents confirm and conduct Q&Q analysis.


5.After a successful Q&Q result, buyer makes half payment of total cargo value for logistics and documentation.


6. Seller discharges the cargo into storage space.


7. Buyer makes full payment for the cargo less the amount paid as logistics.


8. Seller releases all original documents to buyer.


9.Buyer ensures that all payments to agents and facilitators are made.


Transaction is CONCLUDED..
