 There are three cargoes of 2mbbls of BLCO in Ghana waters@N96/4 per litre with simple procedure.


Buyer signs SPA and returns  and raises just N5m Bank draft. Based on that 

token of commitment, seller makes announcement in buyer's name. Buyer's shipping agent clears Vessel into the Anchorage. Seller issues MATB & clearance to enable buyer go on board. Then after attestation and the inspector comes down with sample, buyer's N5m Bank draft turns cash, and buyer  pays $1m dollars for documents.  After Q/Q, buyer places MT103 for the total cargo less $1m already paid. Call for the SPA if the procedure is acceptable to your buyer. Thank you!!!
